The Apartamentos Palacio Real are a short walk from El Rastro shopping area, where there is a weekly market. The La Latina district is well known for its tapas bars and restaurants.

The apartments are just 5 minutes’ walk from La Latina Metro Station, offering easy access to the Art Triangle and other attractions.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.

A member of staff will accompany guests to the apartment and provide them with sets of keys.

Towels are changed for stays of 3 nights or more. Bed and linen is changed during stays of more than 7 nights. An additional cleaning service can be provided upon request (surcharge).
