Santa Ana Apartments are next to the popular Santa Ana Square, in Madrid’s historic centre. Each air-conditioned apartment and studio includes free Wi-Fi, a TV and a well-equipped kitchenette.

The Santa Ana Apartments are housed in a classical building and feature stylish décor and French windows. Each air-conditioned apartment and studio has a private bathroom. Kitchenettes include an oven, fridge and washing machine.

The Santa Ana building is just 200 metres from the lively Puerta del Sol area and its Metro station. The Royal Palace is a 10-minute walk away, while the Prado and Reina Sofia Museums are 1 km from the apartments.

There are many bars and restaurants in the streets around Plaza Santa Ana. The city's main shopping area is 500 metres away and Atocha Railway Station can be reached in 20 minutes, by foot.

Keys should be collected from the office in the ground floor of the property.

The office is open from 09.00 until 18.00, from Monday to Friday. Guests expecting to arrive outside these times are kindly requested to contact the property directly and in advance to specify their estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that arrivals after 21:00 are subject to a EUR 20 surcharge.

Guests arriving between 11.00 and 14.00 can leave their luggage at the apartments, although check-in is not possible until 14.00.
